At Voltica, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
• The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

To request a return, customers must contact us with proof (images/video).

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Voltica reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
